Minimum Age

The minimum age for high-class escorts represented by Bella Dolce Agency is 21 years. All escorts have legal residency and work status in the Netherlands. To use Bella Dolce Agency’s services, you must be at least 18 years old. We may request identification if there is any doubt about your age. If you refuse to verify your age, your booking will be canceled immediately.

Rates & Travel Expenses

All rates listed on our website include 21% VAT. Travel expenses for your chosen companion are calculated in addition to these rates. The rates set by Bella Dolce Agency are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

For new clients, a mandatory deposit of at least 25% of the booking amount is required, payable via bank transfer.
Travel expenses are €0.50 per kilometer, calculated from the escort’s place of residence to your desired location, including the return trip.
If you wish to make a booking outside the Netherlands, please contact us. Transportation for your companion will be arranged by Bella Dolce Agency. A minimum booking duration of 2 hours is required.

Payment

The agreed-upon amount must be paid in full upon the arrival of your high-class escort. Alternatively, you may choose to pay (partially or fully) via bank transfer in advance. In such cases, the payment must be received by us before the escort begins preparing for the appointment.

Payments in currencies other than euros are not accepted. Postponed payments are also not permitted.
If a payment fails (e.g., due to a canceled transaction or payment with counterfeit money), we will engage a collection agency or other third party to recover the outstanding amount. Any additional costs incurred will also be charged to you. Once your personal and booking details are shared with a third party, we can no longer guarantee your privacy in accordance with our privacy policy.

Client Acceptance

At Bella Dolce Agency, we maintain a strict policy of inclusivity. We do not discriminate based on race, nationality, religion, or sexual orientation. Anyone eligible for our services is welcome.

You must clearly indicate in advance how many men and/or women will be using our services. Additionally, you must specify how many people will be present at the booking location. If your high-class escort arrives and finds more people than previously reported, the booking may be canceled immediately without a refund.
If you fail to meet our hygiene standards, if the space is deemed unsuitable or substandard, or if your behavior does not align with our etiquette, the escort reserves the right to terminate the booking immediately. In such cases, you are not entitled to a refund, and additional costs may be charged if necessary.
Bella Dolce Agency and its employees (high-class escorts) reserve the right to refuse a client at any time, without prior notice or stated reason. Possible reasons for refusal include, but are not limited to, inappropriate behavior, intoxication, an unsuitable location, poor hygiene, or inadequate sanitary facilities.

Location Acceptance

Bella Dolce Agency exclusively offers outcall services, meaning your companion will travel to a location of your choice. The following locations are permitted:

Your own residence, provided it is clean, tidy, and free of unannounced individuals. The residence must meet the comfort level of a 4-star hotel: neat, hygienic, and atmospheric.
A hotel room for at least two people in a hotel with a minimum 4-star rating. A (anonymized) copy of the reservation confirmation is required. If desired, Bella Dolce Agency can arrange a discreet hotel booking for you.
A (luxury) Airbnb, provided it is a full accommodation with no shared spaces.
A centrally or urban-located marina for an overnight stay. Departing on a boat with a high-class escort on board is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will be reported to the police immediately.

Safe Sex Policy

Bella Dolce Agency enforces a strict safe sex policy. This means that a condom must be used at all times during any form of intimacy—oral, anal, or vaginal. All high-class escorts represented by Bella Dolce Agency provide only safe sex services.

Our escorts are tested for STIs every three months through GGD Netherlands. Due to privacy laws, we do not disclose test results. Bella Dolce Agency cannot be held liable for any health issues allegedly contracted during a booking with us.
Your high-class escort determines which services she offers and which she does not during any form of intimacy. If she indicates that a specific service is not available, you must respect her decision. Negotiation or discussion on this matter is not permitted.
If Bella Dolce Agency determines that you have offered additional financial compensation for unprotected sex, we will immediately refuse you as a client. Repeated requests for unsafe sex will result in the immediate termination of the booking without a refund. Furthermore, your name may be added to blacklists shared with other agencies.

International Bookings

Bella Dolce Agency is based in the Netherlands, with companions located throughout the country. They are happy to accompany you on international bookings.

For international bookings, the minimum booking duration must match the total travel time of the high-class escort. The booking begins upon the escort’s arrival and ends when she leaves your location. International bookings must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.
Our high-class escorts travel only to safe destinations and must remain contactable by Bella Dolce Agency at all times.

Bookings Within Europe

If you wish to make an international booking within Europe, the minimum booking duration depends on the destination and mode of travel:

For European destinations, the minimum booking duration is 8 to 12 hours.
If the escort cannot return to the Netherlands on the same day, you must book her for an entire night.

Bookings Outside Europe

For bookings outside Europe, the minimum booking duration is 24 to 48 hours, depending on the location and mode of travel:

Our companions travel for international bookings outside Europe exclusively by airplane.
Preference is given to direct flights. If this is not possible, a flight with the fewest possible layovers will be booked in consultation.
For flights up to 8 hours, Economy Class is permitted.
For flights longer than 8 hours, Business Class or First Class is required.

Additional Requirements for International Bookings

You are expected to behave as a respectful gentleman or lady and provide your high-class escort with a pleasant stay.
Your high-class escort is entitled to at least 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep per night.
For bookings of 48 hours or longer, she may spend 2 hours per day on personal care and private contact with her family, work, or studies.
Your high-class escort must contact Bella Dolce Agency daily. You must provide her with sufficient privacy and opportunity to do so.
Your high-class escort must have access to the internet, remain contactable at all times, and be able to have at least three meals per day at your expense.
Any flight delays are beyond our responsibility and are entirely at your risk. Delays will not be compensated.

Payment Terms for International Bookings

Deposit: A deposit of 40% of the total travel and accommodation costs, including the agency fee, is required for every international booking. This must be paid via bank transfer.
Once the deposit is received, Bella Dolce Agency will begin making reservations and planning.
Remaining Balance: The remaining 60% of the total costs must be paid in full at least 48 hours before the start of the booking.
All tickets, visas, and other travel expenses are subject to 21% VAT, as all amounts received are considered revenue and are therefore taxable.

Timing

The high-class escorts represented by Bella Dolce Agency are always punctual. However, in exceptional cases, your companion may arrive later than agreed due to unforeseen external circumstances.

If your escort arrives more than 30 minutes late, you may cancel the appointment free of charge.
For delays of up to 30 minutes, this additional time will be added to your booking to ensure you receive the full experience.

If you experience a delay:

You must inform Bella Dolce Agency as soon as possible.
If your escort is already on her way or has arrived, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes applies without affecting your booking duration.
For waiting times exceeding 15 minutes, this additional time will be deducted from your booked time.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that you, like our high-class escorts, look forward to your appointment. However, if you decide to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply:

Regular Cancellation

You may cancel a booking free of charge within 24 hours, provided no costs have been incurred for hotel reservations.
Any incurred hotel costs must always be reimbursed.
The remaining amount will be refunded within 5 business days.
Cancellations can be submitted via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Please Note:

Last-minute bookings (within 72 hours of the start of the date) are non-refundable.
Canceling twice consecutively (even within the 24-hour period) will result in a €500 fine due to administrative costs.
Three consecutive cancellations will result in a €600 fine and the permanent termination of our services to you.

Cancellation During a Booking

If your escort does not meet your expectations (based on personality, appearance, or other factors), you may terminate the booking within the first 10 minutes. You must notify Bella Dolce Agency immediately. In this case, only the escort’s travel expenses will be charged, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Cancellation of Multiple Bookings

If you cancel multiple bookings simultaneously, 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
You may request an invoice for these costs.

Cancellation by Bella Dolce Agency

If your escort is unable to attend due to illness or other necessary reasons, Bella Dolce Agency will contact you to arrange a suitable replacement. Bella Dolce Agency is not liable for any damages or costs resulting from this cancellation.

Cancellation of International Bookings

International bookings must be canceled at least 3 days in advance.
Only essential costs, such as flight tickets, will be charged. If these costs cannot be recovered, they will be deducted from your deposit.
Cancellations within 3 days of the start of the booking are non-refundable.

Drug Use

It is strictly prohibited to offer drugs to the high-class escorts represented by Bella Dolce Agency, to ask them to bring drugs, or to have them order drugs.

If your high-class escort feels unsafe, uncomfortable, or uneasy due to your drug use, she has the right to terminate the booking immediately. In such cases, you are not entitled to a refund.

Privacy & Discretion

At Bella Dolce Agency, the privacy and discretion of both our clients and our high-class escorts are our top priorities. We use only high-quality, encrypted platforms to protect your data. You can read more about how we process and secure your data in our privacy policy.

Incorrect Identity Information

If you provide false or incorrect information about your identity, Bella Dolce Agency reserves the right to:

Place your details on a blacklist.
Share your information with the police and judicial authorities to prevent future fraud.

Respect for the Privacy of Our High-Class Escorts

It is strictly prohibited to ask your high-class escort for:

Her real name
Her social media profiles
Her phone number or other personal contact details

If you obtain this information in any way and contact (former) companions, you will be in violation of our terms. This may lead to serious consequences:

Bella Dolce Agency can no longer guarantee your privacy.
You will receive a fine of €2,000. If this fine is not paid, we will engage a bailiff, and the associated costs will be entirely at your expense.

Privacy and Discretion of Our High-Class Escorts

Just as your privacy is of great importance, the same applies to our high-class escorts.

Misuse of Photos & Videos

Copying, distributing, or misusing photos from our website or Member Portal is strictly prohibited.
If we detect misuse, you will receive a fine of at least €7,000, plus €2,000 per day for as long as the violation continues.
If the fine is not paid, we will engage a bailiff, and the associated costs will be at your expense.

Sharing Photos or Videos

If you use photos or videos in any way to obtain private information about our escorts, we will take this very seriously.
Our escorts often combine this work with their studies or jobs and require absolute discretion.
In cases of misuse, we will always take legal action and file a report with the police.
If you fail to pay the fine, we will engage a bailiff and share your details with third parties.

Violation of these terms will result in the automatic termination of your client status and the imposition of a fine.

Liability

Bella Dolce Agency is not liable for any damages unless there is provable intent or gross negligence on the part of Bella Dolce Agency or its employees (high-class escorts).

Any liability is limited to direct damages.
Indirect or consequential damages will never be compensated by Bella Dolce Agency.

Intellectual Property

All marketing and sales materials, website content, methods, and other intellectual property of Bella Dolce Agency are the exclusive property of Bella Dolce Agency.
It is prohibited to copy, distribute, or exploit these without explicit written permission.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice if necessary. It is your responsibility to regularly review our terms and conditions.
